From Design to Delivery: How a 7-Day Custom Jersey Order Actually Works

Here is our custom jersey order process, explained day by day.

“7-day delivery” sounds good on a homepage, but team captains ordering for the first time usually want to
know what actually happens between sending a WhatsApp message and receiving jerseys. Here’s the real
process, step by step.

Day 0 — Requirements & Quote

You send your sport, team size, and any design references (a logo, a color scheme, or even a photo of a
jersey you like) over WhatsApp. We reply the same day with a quote based on quantity and fabric.

Days 1-2 — Free Design Mockup

Our design team builds a full digital mockup of your jersey — front, back, and any sponsor placement —
at no extra charge. You review it and request changes before anything goes into production.

Day 3 — Approval & Sizing

Once the design is approved, you send player names, numbers, and sizes (we provide a size chart to avoid
guesswork on fit).

Days 4-7 — Sublimation Printing & Stitching

Fabric is printed using full sublimation — the design is dyed into the fibers rather than layered on top —
then cut and stitched to your team’s size specifications.

Day 7 Onward — Dispatch

Finished jerseys are quality-checked and dispatched. Delivery time from dispatch depends on your city —
typically 1-4 additional business days depending on location (see our city-specific delivery pages for exact

What You Need Ready Before Day 0

The custom jersey order process moves fastest when you have a few details ready before your first message:

• The sport and the type of kit (jersey only, jersey and shorts, or full kit with track pants)
• An approximate quantity, even if the final squad list is not fixed yet
• Your logo file, preferably the original high-quality version
• Colours, or a photo of a design you like

What Can Delay a Custom Jersey Order

Most delays happen before production starts, not during it. The common reasons are:

• Late size lists: production cannot begin until every size is confirmed.
• Design changes after approval: changes mean new artwork and a new approval.
• Name and number corrections: spelling mistakes found late can hold up printing.
• Unclear delivery details: a missing contact number or incomplete address slows down dispatch.

Tracking Your Order After Dispatch
