Orders & Payment

All custom jersey orders require a minimum order quantity. Pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation and may vary based on design complexity, fabric, and quantity. Advance payment may be required to begin production.

Production & Delivery

Standard production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays due to customisation complexity or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Rigid Sportswear beyond reasonable effort.

Customisation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, logos, and text for printing. Rigid Sportswear is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion upon verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images and designs, is the property of Rigid Sportswear unless otherwise stated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
