Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the fabric, one colour at a time. It gives bold, solid colours and is the most cost-effective method for large quantities of the same simple design.

A mesh screen is coated with light-sensitive emulsion and exposed with your design to create a stencil.
Each colour in the design gets its own screen, lined up so the layers match exactly.
Ink is pushed through the stencil with a squeegee onto the garment, one colour at a time.
The printed garment is heat-dried so the ink sets and lasts wash after wash.
Ideal for custom T-shirts and bulk corporate T-shirts.
