Sublimation printing turns special ink into gas with heat so it bonds with polyester fibres. The design becomes part of the fabric – unlimited colours, all-over prints, and no cracking, peeling or fading. It is the best method for sports jerseys.

Our designers create your full-colour jersey design with names, numbers and logos, and share a free mock-up.
The approved design is printed in mirror image on sublimation paper using special dye inks.
The paper is pressed onto white polyester fabric at around 200°C. The ink turns to gas and enters the fibres.
The printed panels are cut and stitched into jerseys, shorts or track wear, then checked and packed.
See our sublimation jersey manufacturing page and fabric guide.
