Our Story
Rigid Sportswear is a custom jersey manufacturer based in Melkar, Karnataka, making team kits and uniforms for clubs, colleges and companies across India.
Rigid began with a problem where we couldn’t find good jerseys for our college event. That’s when we realised the custom jersey industry lacked proper service, especially online.
Started during my engineering days with no prior experience, we built this brand from scratch, learning every step, facing vendor issues, and overcoming self-doubt, while converting offline processes into a proper online system.
Be it a home setup or full-fledged office and factory partnerships, Rigid Sportswear now serves customers across India, including top companies and government bodies.

Every order starts with a conversation on WhatsApp. You tell us your sport, quantity and design idea, and we reply the same day with a quote. Our design team then prepares a free digital mockup, and once you approve it and share your sizes, names and numbers, production begins. Most orders are delivered within 7 days of design approval.
