How to Measure Yourself

1. Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
2. Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the jersey to end.
3. Compare: match your measurements with the chart. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a close fit.

For the most accurate result, measure a jersey or T-shirt that already fits you well and compare it with the chart.

Tips for Collecting Team Sizes

• Use one shared sheet with each player’s name, number and size.
• Ask players to confirm their own size, rather than one person guessing for everyone.
• Order one or two spares in common sizes for new players.
